Shipping policy

For heavy or bulky items there may be an item surcharge which is clearly indicated on the product's description page.

For some larger orders, we may need to send your order by pallet delivery at our discretion. If this is the case then we will contact you separately by telephone or email. This may involve a slight delay in you receiving your goods and may also incur an increased delivery charge. If you would like to place a large order, please contact us first as this will simplify the process for you.

Packaging & Delivery

When you buy hydroponic equipment from us, items are always packed very discreetly and no mention of National Hydroponics or the type of goods inside.

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that an item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place it onto backorder for you and keep you up to date. You will have the option to cancel backorders at any time if you would rather not wait.

Changes to Pricing and Conditions

National Hydroponics reserves the right to change the price of products, delivery charges and free delivery option thresholds at any time without prior notification.
