Your plants are complicated beings. They become accustomed to light and dark, just as we do. So entering your grow room and flipping on the lights when your plants are expecting darkness is a big no-no, and could cause great stress and restrict their growth. If you require access to your grow room in the dark, you’ll need a hydroponic green light. Unlike overhead lights and lamps, this form of LED light won’t disrupt your plants, allowing them to get everything they need to grow.
